Iron Man 3D. Modeled in Maya. Spent around 2-3 weeks, I guess.

Not really 100% done if you notice his left hand.

There's no specific order. I modeled from the head, body, leg and then the arm.

I think with time and tremendous effort, everyone can model it. An accurate blueprint counts.

There are a lot of things to model, and it's going to take a lot of time. So I think persistence is more important.

It's good to keep every thing in low poly count first before smoothing the whole thing out. If the nut on the chest needs to move to the left, it's going to be very difficult to do that with a smooth version.

And I didn't even model the back, the hand and the legs.

ooo wow sounds complicated what was your technique? box or spline? or what?

ive never modeled an robotic structure before so thats why i am asking i m a little confused on what exactly to do

the blue prints are awesome very detailed and helpful now i just gotta line them up better in my viewports
